Head Football Performance Coach
Jhovan is our head coach. Joining the team in 2006, Jhovan oversees the day to day running of the Performance Academy. He holds a UEFA B, FA Advanced Youth Award and Category 1 Academy coach is responsible for all our players and staff and is the current U18 Manager for our full-time squad.
Jonathan Kouevi
Football Performance Coach
Jon started life at ASE as a player and spent 3 and a half seasons within the Academy. After ending his playing career, Jon decided to take up coaching and scouting, currently working for a Category 2 academy as a foundation phase scout and works across our 14s to 16s age groups.
Charlie Auburn
Football Performance Coach
Charlie started life at ASE as a player and spent 3 and a half seasons within the Academy. After ending his playing career, Charlie decided to take up coaching. The inspirational young coach works with our U12s to U14's helping to instill the ASE vision and philosophy early in their football careers
Renan Fernandes
Football Performance Coach
Renan joined us in 2018. Coming from a vast background of playing football Renan brings his skills and expertise to the players of ASE.
Emmanuel Etcheri
Football Performance Coach
Emanuel is a new addition to our coaching staff joining us in 2019. Eman has spent the last 2 seasons as a player and will now work with the next generation of talent at ASE.
Paul Roscoe
Goalkeeping Coach
Joining us this year Paul oversees our goalkeeping department. Having a wealth of knowledge and experience Paul is here to help our goalkeepers develop across the 4 corners. Paul also works for a Cat 3 football academy.
Shaquille Thompson
Football Performance Coach
Joining us in 2020 Shaq is one of our younger coaches at our performance centre. Alongside playing Shaq works with different ages helping them develop on their football path.
Jaida Rae
Administration
Joining ASE in 2017 Jaida's role is a crucial role in our club. Jaida oversees all of the administration on a day to day basis ensuring information is sent out to the right people at the right time.
Mark Mathison
Finance
Mark originally started at ASE dealing with our administration however now is in charge and oversees the finance side to ASE.
